Vertical Doors Inc has now released the newly patented ZLR Conversion Kit. Purchases may be made by any party in the United States and must be installed by a certified licensed installer. After purchase is complete, a VDI sales agent will contact you with the closest installer. We will do our best to provide an installer within a 100 mile radius from your location. Typical installations vary from 600-1000 dollars. Sales may be subject to tax if you are purchasing the product in California. The said package will then be shipped to the installation facility. Shipment will take 5-7 business days not including freight. Vertical Doors Inc will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during installation.

1. IS IT A DIRECT BOLT-ON? (Weld-on kits may damage your vehicle and they are NOT vehicle specific)
2. DOES THIS KIT BOLT DIRECTLY TO THE FACTORY HINGE HOLES ON MY VEHICLE? (If they say “NO”, the installation will be difficult and/or expensive)
3. DOES THIS LAMBO DOOR KIT COME COMPLETE WITH HARDWARE, SHOCKS AND DIRECTIONS? Some sellers will mislead you and say “Weld-on” installation is easy and that there universal style kits is made for your particular vehicle.)
4. CAN YOU ACTUALLY TALK TO A SELLER? (Many times you will get “0” Support after the sale)
A request or a return must be submitted and approved before shipment and clearly displayed upon outside of package. A return authorization number can be requested contacting us via eBay. Request must include part number, invoice number, and description of concerns. The issuance of an RA Number does NOT guarantee credit will be issued. All returns must be shipped Pre-Paid Freight, freight collect shipments will be refused. Any return without proper RA number displayed on packaging will be refused at shipper’s expense. NON-Defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Requested within 7 days of receipt. We do not guarantee proper fit of product if vehicle has been modified. Please forward your vehicle description (Year, Make, & Model) prior to closing order.
The majority of products available at Shop SFM are returnable but you most request a “Return Authorization Number” (RA #) within 7 days of receipt of the product. All items must have an authorized RA # and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, please note shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Shop SFM does not accept returns on used items, custom made or custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part. Shop SFM will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any shipping charges. Any credit card or online order that is cancelled prior to shipment will be charge at least 5% transaction fee. Orders placed using PayPal must pass an inspection before any credit will be issued.
